Steak and Brussels Sprouts

Skirt steak bits with Brussels sprouts, leeks and chopped mushrooms cooked with truffle salt. Still had some small pieces of steak left over so perfect for a sunday brush. What I’ve learned so far from not using starches or dairy in cooking is that broths & fresh herbs are essential for a flavorful meal.
