Cruciferous veggies are pretty!
I know many of you have hesitation when it comes to Brussels Sprouts, but I beg you to reconsider! A simple roasting with melted grass-fed butter, kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Sooo good! If you can find them on the stalk…even better! It takes a bit more work, but it is so worth it!
